This is a great hotel in a good location. I stayed here while I was driving on my way to Dayton and Cincinnati, and was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. The lobby had a comfy chairs and a really comfy sofa, which I liked. The guy at the check in desk was nice and I checked in quickly. I got in the elevator and walked up to my room, which I thought was quite nice. It had two beds which were quite comfortable, a bathroom with a nice, clean sink, and a TV which had pretty much every channel on it (even the golf channel). I was a bit disappointed that the hallway was on the outside of the hotel instead of the inside, but other than that, the hotel was great. I had a good night’s sleep and checked out in the morning. It’s conveniently located next to I-75 between Dayton and Dayton Airport. I gave this hotel five stores because it has comfy beds and is in a convenient location.
Management at this place is actually very nice and the general manager is not a complete douchebag like at other places. That was EXTREMELY refreshing. He actually understands what it's like to stay at a hotel from the customer's perspective! Also, the front desk guys are kinda cute. I was so grateful when the manager honored my request to get a different room because of the noise next to I-75. He had a new room cleaned and I smelled mint on my pillow when I laid my head down on the bed. Great customer service! I'll give them 5 stars!!
My husband and I stayed here for a night! It was definitely convenient and the room was nice and clean. We liked that we had a mini fridge and microwave. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We love the fact that they had continental breakfast that began at an earlier time than most places. The only issue I had was that some of the food was cold. Also the sausage gravy was kept in a Crock-Pot where the ladle sat inside but stuck out of the top, so the lid wasn't sealed closed. I didn't think that was a good idea, from a health standpoint. Overall, it was a great stay!
